Top-flight German football is stepping into the BBC spotlight on Friday nights – and it’s bringing a game with it.
Every Friday, as the Bundesliga takes centre stage live on the BBC Sport website, app and BBC iPlayer, fans can test themselves with a special Bundesliga edition of the Who am I? guessing game.
This week, the cameras – and the clues – turn to Munich.
Bayern under the lights, Union in town
Champions Bayern Munich host Union Berlin on Friday at 19:30 BST, a fixture you can watch live on BBC iPlayer or via the BBC Sport website and app.
While the action unfolds at the Allianz Arena, there’s another challenge waiting: identify the mystery Bundesliga player in as few guesses as possible.
How the game works
The format is brutally simple.
You’re given a hidden player. You type in your guess.
Get it wrong, and a new clue drops. Get it right early, and your score soars.
- Fewer clues means more points.
- Crack it in three clues and you’ve done well.
- Hit four or five and you’re in elite territory.
Today’s mystery man – and the clues that lead to him – have been set by BBC Sport’s Adam Ellis.
